EXPERIENCE
I'm currently a Product Designer at Symplore Inc, an IT consulting firm where I work with enterprise clients to build AI-driven products. My favorite recent project is a multi-agent verification system that cut a 9-hour manual process down to 45 minutes and reduced manual review effort by 86%.
Before that, I was at MassArt as a Product Market Designer. There I built a lead scoring model, ran A/B tests that lifted conversion by 18%, and automated a Tableau dashboard that made weekly reporting 40% faster. I also led the end-to-end design of a course registration platform.
Before MassArt, I founded Maluka 💼, working with artisans and product and marketing teams on GTM strategy and roadmapping, and used sales and behavioral data to grow revenue 35% in six months. Earlier, as an Operating Partner at Whoopy Entertainment 👨‍💻, I helped build one of my favorite products: 'Catalyst', a music and event discovery social network, where funnel analysis helped raise 30-day retention from 24% to 38%.

I'm passionate about building agentic products that sit where user needs and business goals meet, which is what brought me to the USA for my master's 🖤. I love exploring emerging technologies by testing, measuring, and iterating, and I give back to the community through meetups and events.

I'm an M.Des graduate from MassArt 🏛️, and I also hold a degree from FDDI 🩵 in Leather Goods and Accessories Design. My design roots mean I always start with the user's problem before the data.
